On 3rd October 2025, an educational tour visit from Dalai Lama Institute of Higher Education’s 2nd year BA & MA specialized program students and faculty, numbering 22, was hosted by the monastery’s Modern Education Department Head, Geshe Jampa Choewang and Translation Department. They were given an audience with the monastery’s abbot, and were introduced about the monastery’s curriculum, including observing the Debate sessions, tour visit to the Science Centre and meditation research lab, library and Sera Je Secondary School.
