Sera Jey Monastic University in collaboration with Sera Jey Board of Higher Education, organized a Vitual Talk in celebration on the simultaneous occurrence of three important occasions on 10th December 2020.
i) The 600th Gaden Nga-Cho Chenmo, honoring the Mahaparinirvana of Lama Tsongkhapa, the spiritual king of three realms;
ii) The celebration of the 31st anniversary of Nobel Peace Prize award to His Holiness The 14th Dalai Lama;
iii) And the celebration of the 2020-21 the "Year of Gratitude to His Holiness the Dalai Lama, as marked by the Central Tibetan Administration, Dharamshala.

The virtual talk was held on Date: 10th December 2020 at 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm IST.

Sera Jey monastery's new disciplinarian (Dean) Geshe Ngodup Dorjee and his two assistants instatement ceremony were held on the customary day of Ganden Ngamchos (Lama Tsong Khapa Day) 25th Day of the 10th Tibetan Lunar Calendar, falling on 10 December 2020. The ceremony were held with limited assembly in observance of the COVID-19 protocol.
