Churgu Choepa བཅུ་དགུ་མཆོད་པ། Parinirvan of Jetsun Choekyi Gyaltsen, is observed on the 19th day of 11th Tibetan calendar month. He is one of the most learned and author of several great philosophical texts, which are part of Sera Jey Monastery’s study curriculum.

Gaden Ngamchoe དགའ་ལྡན་ལྔ་མཆོད། Je Tsongkhapa Parinirvana, on 25th day of 10th Tibetan Lunar Calendar month. This year the day falls on the 25th December 2024. It is observed with offering prayers, butter lamps and lighting of the main temple.

Geun-Ling, Ling-se Geshe Graduation Ceremony conducted in the winter, is annually scheduled from 21st day of 9th Tibetan Calendar month. This year the graduation is scheduled from 21st - 23rd November 2024.
It is the only Geshe category, which has two graduation ceremonies in a year – one in summer and the second in winter.
