The Tamdin Phurjel - The sacred Ritual Dagger ceremony, one of the major annual religious event held on every 27th day of the 12th Tibetan Calendar month, was held on 12th February 2018. It is retrieved from its ritualized shrine only once in a year during this day to offer blessings for the wellbeing of all sentient beings and the nature.
The Tamdin Ritual Dagger is one of the most important relics of Sera Jey Monastery.
